Melita Joyabout this book: Breanne Tetley is an average, ordinary woman working in a call centre selling romance packages. The new owner of the company she works for is non other than Alessandro Dalmassi (Zandro), wealthy Italian finance company owner and billionaire. Attracted to Breanne Zandro finds himself in the unusual position of pursuant but his usual methods are not impressing Breanne. Has he got what it takes to put on the perfect date and make her his?
Close to the age of forty I discovered that my father wasn't in fact my biological dad. All of a sudden I had a strong urge to write. So I wrote this book in approximately six months on the train to and from work. I'd always wanted to write, however, I started a family very young. I married at the age of sixteen and had all four of my children by the time I was twenty-two. In my late twenties I started a career in the call centre industry working my way up to contact centre manager roles. Between my children and my career I had very little time to write and when I did sit down I found that I struggled to be creative.
I've remarried to the love of my life, my children and step children are now all grown up and I am excited to have the time to dedicate to writing. As a mother I spent a lot of my free time reading. My favourite genre was romance. I loved that feel good moment at the end of the book when the hero and heroine unravel all the misunderstandings that have kept them apart and they finally declare their love for one another.
I hope that by reading my novel The Perfect Date you will also have that lovely feel good moment that is expected in any good romance book.
