Patrick Johnson about this book: Mental Traffic Jam was written to clarify the many false premises about the way we view the world and ourselves. There is much fear and confusion today. People are living with unbelievable stress and doubt. In Mental Traffic Jam, I give the reader the tools to put a stop to the chaos and recreate their life in a peaceful, stress free manner. Mental Traffic Jam talks about how through our imagination the formless takes form. Our mind responds to many brain and nervous centers in the body. Consciously, we only think through the brain. We must learn to think through every cell of the body. I have studied New Thought, Buddhism, and The Tao for 35 years and have discovered that the answer to controlling the storms of life is in controlling the mind. Through daily meditation and applying the lessons I've learned, my view of the world and myself have changed in a very positive way. I want to share what I've learned with others.

Mental Traffic Jam
In Mental Traffic Jam I learned how my words and thoughts control my life. Negative words produce negative circumstances. I also learned that the cells and organs have a consciousness; you can speak positive words of encouragement to them to bring them into Divine Order. [by Jane Sehl]
