Brandon Rhiness

Author Brandon Rhinessabout this book: MISFITS is the story of a team of superheroes who can barely hold their team together. This is largely in part to their habit of spending more time at the bar than fighting crime.

Their lives go further down the spiral when their most powerful member, Demonman, quits the team in order to live a "regular life." However, everyday things like dating, paying the rent and getting a job prove more difficult than Demonman had anticipated.

Misfits was created by writer Brandon Rhiness and co-creator Adam Storoschuk and the comic book was put together by a creative team from all over the world. The artists who contributed to Misfits live in the U.S., Canada, Italy and Moldova.

Many episodes of Misfits existed in script form before Brandon Rhiness and Adam Storoschuk decided to publish it as a comic book. The first issue took a year to complete and other stories are on their way. Be sure to jump on board right now!

• "Misfits #1 was really fun to write! It was a lot of work pulling this whole project together, but it was worth it. The response to this first issue has been overwhelmingly positive and that gives me a great feeling!"
— Brandon Rhiness

•"It's great to finally see Misfits come to life and to be able to share it with the world! We're always eager to hear people's thoughts on the story. Whether your critique of the story is positive or negative be sure to email us and let us know. We will even be printing reader's reviews in future issues of Misfits!"
— Adam Storoschuk

This comic might not be for everyone but I had a really good time with it. The setting and idea behind it is great. Give it a try.
