Rachel Rossanoabout this book: Labren is a man on the run, and a man rapidly losing hope with the blood flowing from his recent wounds. He drops to the ground, praying his pursuers will simply kill him quickly. Then a woman steps out from behind a berry bush and offers him a chance of continuing to fight. She gives him a reason to live. He grabs that chance and their journey begins.
A clean romance set in a non-magical fantasy land, "The Crown of Anavrea" is the first of a four book series following two generations of Theodoric men and what they are willing to do in the name of their love of country.
The first draft of this novel was written on an ancient laptop in a small hotel/restaurant in southern Germany. My husband and I traveled there for his work. Our two week trip became a four week trip. Bored and out of English reading material, I turned to writing to keep myself occupied during my husband's long work hours.
A clean/sweet romantic novella, "The Crown of Anavrea" contains no sex and only mild kissing.
