William Sawyersabout this book: This book was written for third graders. It's about a family of robins with babies, during a big storm some thing happens to the nest. I found out later children as young as three love it when it was read to them, and grand parents as old as 60 love this story as well. Beautiful color illustrations is what makes this book more entertaining. For those of you who want to know how long it took to find an illustrator? 12 years
So never give up on your dreams. I have three published books out and I'm helping three local schools here in California with a dollar a book. I love to write books and test them a local schools and day cares to listen to children laugh & giggle over a story that I have written. parents should spend 30 minutes a day reading to your young ones.
It's very fun doing book signings and story telling at different locals. This book is used a day cares and schools locally, and a few hospitals as well as I donated to.
