Becca Chopraabout this book: As a yoga/meditation teacher and chakra healer, I heard stories that would make a serial killer cry. To use them to illustrate the miracles that can happen through chakra balancing, I novelized the stories into The Chakra Diaries. Names and details have been changed to protect the innocent and especially the guilty; the lessons learned and triumphs achieved remain the same. Share in the insights and miracles as you read The Chakra Diaries.
The books follows ten participants in a Chakra Workshop. Before each chapter, there is a Chakra Meditation that the reader can use themselves if they want to experience guided visualization. These meditations are also available for free MP3 download on my website at TheChakras.org.
Whether you've ever heard of Chakras, or ever struck a Yoga Pose, I think you'll resonate with the human tragedies and triumphs faced by the people on the pages of The Chakra Diaries.
For the cover of the book, I chose a painting by Michele Cadey of a heart swirling with the rainbow colors of the 7 chakras. Because the stories all come down to the healing power of love.

Chakra Diaries Deserve Center StageHaving suffered a broken heart that never mended, I was attracted by the cover of The Chakra Diaries, and hoped to find some answers to healing inside. It didn't disappoint. All the stories are heart-breaking and yet triumphant in the end. I knew little of the chakras before, but found the emotions entwined with them to be utterly amazing. Who knew we had these energy centers and that we could balance and heal them?
I identified totally with the character of Barry, who couldn't make himself or anyone else happy. I followed along with him in the Chakra Healing exercises and, I have to say, I'm coming along. I've got a great lady in my life. And found I love inspirational books so much, I'm now editing them as well as the mystery genre that has been my calling till now. [by R. R. Harris]
