B Pepinesqabout this book: What is your personal Language of Love? A simple endearment, 'darling'? Something a bit more loquacious, 'gorgeous hunk'?
Or maybe something a tad lighter like good old Torvald in 'A Doll's House by Henrik Ibsen' with such expressions as "…little featherhead…" "…sweet little skylark…"
Of course that is all 'foot in the darned sock' with the classic declaration of love. So simply said "I love you." Or as some of us have been heard to say here in France "Je t'aime" or perhaps something a little cooler in Holland a quick "Ik hou van jou" or there again something a little warmer, more Mediterranean such as a languid Spanish "Te quiero."
Which leads us into the Kingdom of Amour. Where a newly appointed King, King Pépin no less has taken up residence. This appointment is the usual promotion of incompetence for our new King Pépin.
Have I already told you too much? If I reveal more will it act as a spoiler for this short story? In Language of Love in the Kingdom of Amour I tell a story that deals with the very nitty-gritties of our language of love and true meaning.
I leave you to find out for yourself. ENJOY
