Mary Ann Materniakabout this book: The book is my life story. It is about my struggle with addictions. I came up with the title because I compared my self to Eve in the Garden of Eden. Many people asked me to write a book because I was in situations where my life was threatened. The hardest part of writing the book was bringing to surface some memories that I had left buried.
Some the research that I did for the book was Scriptural. The one thing that I learned from writing this book was that I needed to delve deeper into a more meaningful relationship with the Lord. I would like to say to the readers that nothing is impossible with God. No matter what the circumstances, no matter how hopeless you feel there is always a way to turn things around. The benefits that this book has for readers is that they will be encouraged to turn their life around. The book offers many encourages Scriptures that will encourage people in many of their situations. It also inspires many women who are in an abusive situation that help is on the way.
Abuse can come in many forms and some women know that something is not right but cannot point out what the problem is and this book can help them get insight into their situations.
