 Absolutely phenomenal heartfelt

The creative fictional story (based on true events) of a bi-racial foster baby born from a White mother during the newly integrated southern states of the United States. BELONGING was a very informative story whereby it discussed polar opposite sides of the child's life and the effects it took on the young child. The main character Kamille was eventually adopted by an African-American loving couple. The disdain the dimpled little girl was often mistreated from both white & black races during her childhood. The new author really presented factual experiences Kamille underwent in order to thrive and survive in spite of it all. It was a heartwrenching story that made me cry a tad and smile in the final chapters. Unforgettable story and excellent writing. I look for more books written by this author. Thank You.
